buddy of mine launched my 01 R6 into a parking lot 4 hours after i bought it, needless to say i need

-upper fairing stay
-blue upper
-mirrors
-forks

Forks!?! Are you sure? It takes a good bit of abuse to tweak a set off forks.

Anyway, I can give you the yam part numbers and then go to Cycle Parts (http://www.cycle-parts.com). And get the parts cheap.

Upper Fairing: 5EB-28381-10-00

Upper Bracket: 5EB-28356-01-00

Right Mirror: 4YR-26290-01-00

Left Mirror: 4YR-26280-01-00

If you do need forks, I'd get them off ebay. Usually what happens is they get skewed in the clamps. I would try to loosen all the pinch bolts in the upper and lower trees, clip-ons, and axle and see if things come back into allignment. Also a lot of times the upper tree will come out of synch with the lower tree. To fix this you loosen the giant nut on top of the upper clamp and then re-align everything.

Just double check with a yam dealer to make sure that upper number is for a blue '01. I forget want I had that part number from. I know it's an r6 upper just can't remember what year I was working on.

thanks for the info, i thought my forks were bent cuz then you ride it looks like the handlebars are cocked like 1/4 to the right but then i realized my upper fairing stay was busted and pushed to the left, when the bike went down, it didnt go down that hard, it snapped the right clip on and folded the mirror in, that didnt even break lol. i thing the forks are probably fine i was just paranoid and pissed. but if there is a way to check the trueness lemme know. thanks
