I have scoured past posts and have not seen anything that is exactly like my problem a few that are similar, but they all have differences in symptons.

I have been riding my bike all summer starting in late April with no problems. The other day I was riding around stopping and starting quite a bit. I began to notice that my bike was not liking to restart. I would have to give it just a bit of gas to get it to go. Then it would begin to load up on me and I would have to rev it to "clear" it out. This problem grew progressively worse, and began to buck and load while going down the road. If I got on it would clear out and take off like hell. The bike died a few times and then would not restart until it cooled a bit. I had fuelled up that morning and so i drained the gas and refilled with new gas. That did not fix the problem.
Most of the guys the similar problems are reported to be related to spark. Mine seems to be fuel. A few other things I have noticed since. Starting cold I can start with out the choke and just a slight crack of the throttle. Seems to indicate a bit of richness in the fuel settings. I tore into the bike the other day and noticed that the drain cup was full of fuel.
What causes the fuel to get into the drain cup? Will that hinder the operation of the bike? The fact that my bike developed a problem with out adjustment to the carbs makes me think that I do not need to adjust the mixture screw? I am leaning toward a fuel problem, but I am not convinced I can rule out the posibility of electrical. It seems electric as the bike runs fine until it gets hot, but has become progressively worse. Any help, advise, or such is welcome.

02 R6 approx 20K, White Bros Exhaust, otherwise stock as far as I know. No new mods since I have owned it.

Thanks
