ive heard many different opinions on steering dampeners, just wondering what you guys/gals think of em. good idea or not worth it?

i have been saved by the sterring damper lots of times, racing and not racing... it helps everywere, in aceleration, on the curves, etc

Yeah, pretty much a must have. I am not sure who would say not to get one, they work very well.

i dont have one, im poor. i live in a dumpster, and im addicted to heroine. im missing my big toe on my left foot and have a strange growth on my forehead. what were we talking about again? :(

after a nasty couple of slappers (of tank variety!!) I'm seriously looking to invest myself. Think I need to fettle the suspension slightly first but they make serious sense with the R6. The front is just too wild over bumps - lot better on the track but the local roads by me are too random for the suspenders to handle.
Probs going to get a Sprint as my mate with an R1 has only good things to say about them.
