Not really. If you get the Graves Motorsports Set (http://www.gravesport.com/cgi-bin/shopper?preadd=action&key=AB__009), for example, you're talking 100 bucks plus shipping and handleing to get a set of adjustable velocity stacks.

Now these velocity stacks, and those from other companies, are designed to aid in the flow of air from the airbox into the intakes. The thing is they are ADJUSTABLE, which means the gains are only as good as the set-up. So if you don't have them aligned just right you're not going to gain any performance.

If you're looking to spend that kind of cash, I'd pony up another $60 and do the 520 chain swap and go with different gears. I good swap is -1 in the front and +1-3 in the rear. This will save you rotating weight (which needs spun up by the motor so there's a power gain) and improve your gearing, because all bikes are geared really tall to meet sound restrictions at cruising speeds. Factory gearing has no intentions of keeping up with performance.
