Just out of curiousity - does anyone know how fast the R6 is from 0-100km/h (0-60miles....)??

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I heard somewhere that the '05 R6 goes 0-60 in 2.7 seconds.

Yeah, 2.5 to 2.7 sounds about right.

Not pretty fast... REALLY fast!

Don't forget the biggest time advantage to bikes over cars is shifting. An r6 doesn't have to shift out of 1st until 67 mph. so you just need a good launch. Most cars will have you shifting somewhere around 35-40.
