Hello!
I come from Denmark, and I can't find a motorcycle insurance company in MA?? Can anyone recommend one for me? (i'm 18, first timer, R6 '05)

If you are also insuring a car/truck or any other vehicle and you don't have any blemishes on your driving record, State Farm will be the least expensive. However they are also the toughest to get a policy from. A lot of the people I ride with, myself included, have Progressive Insurance. They'll insure just about anybody.
:( Neither progressive insurance or state farm offers insurances in my area/state...

I just got through all this insurance mess, because I just got a new bike also. Progressive was telling me $180 a month. State Farm was telling me $120 a month. If I had my car and bike with State Farm then my bike would be $65 and my car (2000 Celica GT-S) would have been $180 a month. We are already insured under All-state for all our vehicles. My car is $400 every six months and my R6 is only $50 a month. My dad's Harley is only $50 a month also, so try looking up All-State.

WOW! Please feel lucky to have insurance at such a good cost! For an 03 r6 it costs me 2400$ canadian a year, and for a vw 1.8t 2005 it costs 4900$ a year. I live in Canada in the city of Montreal, 23, my record isn't that bad, just a couple of speeding tickets, and a minor accident that was determined 50/50, have had my licence suspended due to unpaid tickets. Anyways, I have a hard time to even find an insurance company that will take me... Costs so much to ride.. I will pay more in insurance than I will the bike...

I am with Country Mutual Insurance and py $250 a year for full coverage.
I also have my truck through them and that is $600 a year.
My coverages are for $100k-$300k.

Is your driving record flawless? How old are you? (if you don't mind?)
I went down to a local insurance agency, they offered me an insurance (the minimum): $410 a year, full coverage was $1600
Tristan: i'm 18, and i have no driving record (never had a car or motorcycle before)
