Whats up? I just bought my second r6 3 days ago. I got a 2003 limited edition, and I am in love with it. It has been a long year and a half + some since my first R6 was stolen, but now Im back on two wheels and all is right with the universe.

NICE!! welcome back. Sorry to hear about the theft, tell us how and where it was stolen, lets get a little story going here.

Well I bought my first bike(2001 R6), about two years ago. :D at the time I was just living in an apartment with some buddies. The parking lot typically had motorcycles parked in it so I assumed it was safe enough. Plus I took some extra precausions I enlisted the help of a disc break lock, and a kryptonight chain. Well after 4 or 5 months of riding I got up one morning, a sunny morning here in washington thats a special thing, and got my gear together to go for a ride. As I walked outside and into my parking spot, I came to the conclusion that it was a bit empty. At first I thouht my buddy had borrowed my bike because I'm a nice guy and I would share from time to time. But then I realized that I had just said goodbye to him down in the apartment(therefor he could have not been on my bike). Looking at the remaining half of a chopped up chain, and realizing that your bike was stolen, pretty much sucks! I filed a police report, they did jack for me, and I moved on :cry:. Now things things are better I have the limited edition, and I love it. Its not that I dont love the blue. The 01 was blue. But I love the Black. Thats my story....the moral...Only park you bike in a garage. That is what I do now.
