Depending on the size manufactuer etc etc, anywhere between 12-14lbs with tire is about the norm.

I just weighed mine last night.. I have a 01 r6 and it weighed around 25lbs including tire with bearings, spacers without rotors..and I also weighed my 03 rims with same bearings etc...it weighed 25lbs as well...
I just bought the 03 style rims cuz I had read they were lighter than previous models ...A lie..at least I think so... they may be better quality(also speculation in my opinion) but now Im not so sure they were worth the money and the time IM gonna have to spend on polishing them and having them painted or powdercoated ..hope this answers your question..

The '03 rims should be lighter by like 100grams. Whcih probably won't show up on your scale. The key thing between the two styles of rims is that the '03 has much thinner spokes and has in mass centered around the hub as opposed to the '01s that have those big thick spokes and all that mating surface at the outer hoop of the wheel. By centralizing your mass you lower the amount of force needed to spin the wheels.

Once you mount the wheels you'll probably notice that it's a little easier to rev up and it's easier to flick from side to side. The centralized mass will also lower the gyroscopic effects of the wheels.

Another check when you weighed the wheels, did they have the same tires on each wheel. Different manufacturers tires weigh different amount. Also if the tread is worn down the tire will weigh less. So if you had '01 wheels with worn out tires and '03 wheels with brand new tires it would be very easy to cancel out the benefits of the lighter wheels.
