Does anyone know the bolt sizes for frame sliders and swing arm spools for a 2001 R6? I have a friend that can maybe make some if I have the sizes of the bolts and threads.

In '01 I don't think the swingarm has the bosses for sliders. And frame sliders, you take out one of the motor to frame bolts and replace it with a longer grade 8 bolt that goes through a plastic puck.
The plastic is what absurbs the energy not the frame.
So you'd be better off paying $45 for frame sliders that are designed to do their job.
