Hi I have problems with my power commander, in the PC shows, DEVICE ERROR 19. I need help, theres no delears in my country, Thanks for your time and help.

That depends, what version of windows are you running? Have you downloaded and installed drivers for the power commander to be reconized by the computer? If so and it can read it have you done a firmware update to it. But im really putting money on that the drivers for the computer to reconize the powercommmander is either not there or corrupted.
