I have just bought a new 2005 R6.... but it is setup in bungy mode...

I am 6ft and weight 16st + kit... do you people have any suggestions as to how I should have the suspension setup.

this is for front and back.

I'm 6.0' and 170. I have left my front dampers alone, I lowerd the forks about .75". The rear I'm set up as 4th click from top on rate, and kept stock bound/rebound settings. Keep in mind I ride canyons.

I am surprised you find the bike so soft, i also have an 05 R6 ( my 4th R6) and find this one to be a lot firmer than previous models and i think the standard set up is excellent for my 14.5 tonnage. With a new bike it is always worth checking the suspension is set correctly at the factory as i have found they sometimes are not.
