I have a 2000 YZF R6 with 29k miles. This is my first bike. I was ridding the bike last night came home for a couple of minutes. Got back on it tried to start it up and it would not turnover. What could this be? Can you help?

check your battery charge. probably it is not charging. let me know and i`ll give you more clues to work on.

Im going to need some more info. Like how old is the batter?

Hey thanks for your quick reply... A friend told me that the bike was turned off with too much fuel still in the system so it was flooded. I was suprised cause it did not seem like that when I tried to turn it back on after being off for just a couple of minutes. Now I idle it for a bit longer now everytime I turn it off. thanks for your quick replies. I am still learning about this bike.
