I bought this alarm 1 year ago and installed it on my 2006 Yamaha R6. I recently sold the bike, but kept the alarm.
The SR-i500 has a perimeter sensor, ignition kill switch and FM 2-way Paging Remote.
I have the wiring harness for Yamaha R6 and R1 (2003-2009) if you need it for a different bike you can order it from scorpio.com ($15.00) (incl. instructions how to install).
The unit itself is fairly small and fit well into what little space there is on the bike.
It works very well. Easy to install and it should work on any motorcycle.
The remote has a 1/2 mile range.
The remote itself has scratches on it. It works like new but doesn't look like new. If you buy new, your remote will look the same within a week. :) So save yourself some money. I can help install it if necessary.
I’m asking $150 shipped. The equivalent cost new $370.
