Hey guys, I'm new to the forum as I am with R6s. OK...
I bought this R6 (2001 49 state modle) and it ran perfect, just a bit of stutterning at 14k rpm. 700 miles later the bike started to have trouble starting, and would stutter in the lower rpm ranges in 1st and 2nd. Then It started to stutter in all gears at random times. I synced the carbs, and changed the plugs, which were fowled a bit, but not bad. 200 miles (7 days later) later it began having the same problems, trouble to start and stutters. This bike does have a jet kit, I think the guy told me it was Ivans. It also has a Micron can, but not full exhast. Also has 16000 miles. I'm very capable of doing anything to the bike, but I do not have much experience with bikes that are older then 1990. Help me out here guys, Thanks a bunch.
