Hey guys just a quicky. Which one would you choose between 1999 to 2003 r6 for daily road use, weekend straps up mountains and the occasional track day?

I would say the '03...mainly b/c i'm byais (i have an '04...same bike) also its Fuel injected....i think that the riding position is more comfortable for street and track....

I'm biased toward the '99-'02 versions.
A) having one would never influence my opinion
B) You can usually pick one up cheap b/c of no FI
C) The age makes them a little easier to insure
D) Lots of aftermarket.
E) More mechanics know how to tweak a jet-kit than know how to tweak a laptop and a PCIII
