Does any one know if a need to get a power comander or anything else done to my bike if I get a graves slip on exhaust. I have a 04. I asume that I don't because of the fuel injecion but I want to make sure.

If you check the Graves Motorsports page, Graves page (http://www.gravesport.com/Tech_Support/fuel_maps.htm), then check under their Tech Support. They don't list a downloadable map for the R6 with just a slip-on. And they do for the R1. So I'm guessing no. But send them an email just in case.
