The clicking sound you hear is the starter relay clicking. Your bike doesn't have enough electrical power to spin the starter properly.
The "c Lo" is referring to your Coolant temp being too low. Your coolant gauge doesn't read until it gets to 112 F or 45 C I think, I can't remember the cut in for the sensor off the top of my head. Anyway it just means your bike is cold. That will come on everytime you start your bike from being cold.

Lo just means it's 0-40C
Also, fierohink, my bike sometimes does the starter relay click, is that just normal for being cold or is something going out?

It could be low voltage i.e. not enough to open the relay properly, it could be a high spot on the starter solenoid, it could be a starter switch starting to go and not making a proper contact, or it could be some other wiring or component malfunction.
Once you have a problem you need to start narrowing down what it could be. Does it happen only when it's cold outside? How does the problem go away? Do you just keep thumbing the starter button or roll the bike a little or what?
Saying you have a problem but not giving any additional information leaves us to shoot in the dark.
As for your sidestand safety switch it should operate like this:
In neutral, bike will start with the sidestand up or down and clutch in or out; bike should start at all times.
In gear, bike will start with clutch pulled in and sidestand up. If the bike starts without the clutch pulled in your clutch safety switch has been bypassed. If you bike starts in gear with the sidestand down your sidestand safety switch has been bypassed.

Well then I'm glad whoever had the bike before me bypassed the sidestand switch because I like to let it warm up a few minutes while I go back inside my house and gear up.
I haven't notice it doing it all the time until I read this and started to think. And I'm pretty sure it's just the first start in these last few cold mornings. Guess I'll have to watch for it.

If you are leaving your bike to go inside while it warms up I find it hard to believe that it would be in gear. If it is in neutral with the sidestand down and running that is normal.
What would be abnormal and point to a bypassed switch would be if you came to a traffic light, downshifted to first, pulled in the clutch, and the put the sidestand down and the bike should cut out. If it doesn't and stays running while it's in gear and the sidestand down that is cause for alarm.

I always leave my bike in gear, so when I go to warm it up, its on its stand and in gear. I step to the side of the bike (still on the stand) pull in the clutch, start it, then click to neutral and let clutch out and then walk away....hope that makes more sense

I also think the same way, with the help of the user manual for this you can get it solved very easily.
