fierohink 11-28-2004, 02:24 AM 0-15....yes, I felt dumb. The bike has okay. The left front turn signal didn't like me. Gotta love frame sliders.
15-30mph...no
30-45mph...yes, I felt dumb. Looped a wheelie at work trying to show off for this hot chick  . The left front turn signal really din't like me, or the tail section, or that little bit of blue at the tip of the headlight where the fairing is real thin. Gotta love frame sliders.
45-60mph...yes, I felt dumb. Stood the bike up at the track and rode into the dirt. Broken one of the tabs on the upper faing stay where it meets the frame.
60-90mph...no
90-120mph...yes, had no idea what hit me. High-sided at the track while looking right and dragging a knee. Upper stay...gone, left foot pag bracket...gone, right foot peg bracket...bent and cracked, tail sub assembly...bent and twisted, brake lever...gone, upper fairing...gone, Clutch lever...gone, twisted the triple, and dented the tank.
120+...not yet
I hope you never go down at 120 + at the rate you are going you won't make it.
LOOLL **** man, you are a expert in accidents LOL try to stay at the track, is better...
yami_R6 01-14-2005, 03:43 PM 60-90 yes twice.blew a corner to save my buddy and looped it doing a wheelie. 8)
phat_r6 01-18-2005, 05:43 AM ok here is the stupid one. Just got done washing the bike in flip flop (mistake one) got on the bike to push it up to the garage (mistake 2) then slipped and dropped her. lucky enough the leg took most of the damage (big azz bruise) and all i really did was scratch the mirror.
NTFireFighter 03-18-2005, 02:52 AM dumped it once, deer jumped on top of me on a back dirt rd at about 25mph, jumped off a hill right on top of me, tore my rotator cuff, and the bike well, upper and lower ferring, foot rest, clutch lever, shifter pedal, and some minor scratches on the rear of the bike....only good thing is 3 days before a drunk girl backed into it in a parking lot and dragged it, she paid for all the repair :D
loiboy 04-03-2005, 01:50 AM 10 days ago 60-90; still bandaged up :( . I just got off work and had to show off. I got her up a short stretch for the first time. I was so pumped I decided to give it gas into the corner. I've taken the corner faster, but construction has started down the road and there were patches of gravel, I hit one. I broke the left grip off, clutch, shifter pedal, left foot peg bracket. I busted the left side headlight and scratched the left fairing, tail sub assembly, tank. Both left turnsignals gone. Not bad
60 to 90: Yes, some guy blew his motor and sprayed oil all over the track about half a lap before and they had not yet red flagged the session. One second I'm leaned over going through this sweeper and the next second I'm sliding across the asphalt. Broken clip on, rashed plastic.
Cooper29 04-04-2005, 09:17 AM I have gone down twice, right at or around 100 mph....both times my bike came over while riding one leg stand ups in third gear......first bike was a TL 1000s.....bike was totaled.......2nd time on a TL 1000 R, totaled that one too. I was lucky both times to have on really good gear. Couple of broken bones and road rash. Both crashes were on the same stretch of Route 8 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio......made famous by the Starboyz's. Lots of motorcycles have gone down on Route 8!!!!!
ImPo Skyline 04-04-2005, 08:08 PM 45-60 slid out from under me while I was cramming the brake lever.
Stupid...Stupid...
imafunkychild 04-08-2005, 02:35 PM 60-90: riding in the mtns, some idiots riding with us that day sped up so i couldn't pass them and then i met them 3 corners later in the middle of the turn going about 15-20mph more than them with a car coming in the opposite lane and no passing room... had to dump it to keep from hitting them... did about 1800 in damages, i was in full leathers so i was fine...fixed the bike over christmas break.
Crotchrocketing507 04-15-2005, 04:08 AM Yall just scare me. Cant believe the accidents. Ive had one but luckily the only cosmetic damage to my bike beforehand was the "kickstand going out on origional owner" which resulted in slight scratch at corner of left plastic. LoL, dont even know what that is called yet. Anyway, it was on day I bought it, pulling a U turn on a empty parking spot, when a car appeared in front of me. Jammed up on front brake, while steering was full to the left. The weight was so great I started to go down slowly. Couldnt hold it, and gently layed it down, on the scratch that was already there. My body pushed the mirror back so it didnt scrape. Talk about luck.
