I bought front and rear stands from them. Rear one arrived in about 10 days, front one after about 3 weeks with a wrong pin size. I had been trying to call their two phone numbers (both send you to a voice mailbox that is FULL), direct e-mails are left unanswered, contact form on their website gets totally ignored as well. Credit card charged on time though, even though they clearly did not have the front one in stock.
I ended up ordering and paying extra for the correct pin through a local dealer and now am stuck with a wrong size pin since dealer was unable to simply exchange it.
Motonekoparts.com = Very late shipping, Zero customer care, Wrong product, Complete ignorance.
Please stay away!!

I'm assuming you paid by credit card. Is there anyway you can dispute the charge on the card considering the circumstance... Just an idea

yes, I agree - beware, they didn't ship my stuffs witch I ordered in January and it's useless to call them or send e-mails!

I completely agree!!! I called them in January or February about some turn signal plugs for my bike. I surprisingly got through to someone there but they said they had to call Gregg's Customs to see if they had the plugs I wanted. The guy I talked to said he'd call me right back as soon as he'd heard from the guys at Gregg's....I'm still waiting for that call back.
The next day I called Gregg's Customs up directly and had the fairing plugs at my door in two days w/ free shipping.
Stay away from Motoneko!!!!! I'm glad I never bought anything from there and I never will either. There are too many other companies out there that deserve our business because they actually care about their customers and the products that they sell to us.
