Go to micron's page and fill out the survey. tell them what you have and what you want and they'll give you all the info.

Back to the micron exhaust. I have a full race system. It is not a serpent. Micron didn't make one for non fuel injected r6's. Damn. I also bought the matching r6 jetkit. They now carry a downloadable fuel map for power commanders that match their exhaust very well.

When I bought mine I did research on which pipe made the most "usuable" power. Getting 7hp at 15,000 rpm is no help if you trade-off with a huge hole between 6000-9000rpm. (that's a little dig at mig pipes) Anyway, micron made the best pipe for what I was looking for. Plus the sponsor a bunch of Isle of Mann TT riders. If you follow that race it's basic an old grand prix out on the streets of many different cities. The importance of that type of racing is they aren't factory built superbikes, they have to be able to take a pot-hole, uneven roads, gravel, etc. So to compete in those races you need a suped up street bike, not a hard core race bike.

So Micron does that. PLus I saw their booth at the cycle world show in DC and talked to their sales reps. These guys knew their stuff and were willing to talk to me for an hour. This was while I was still learning about bikes and riding. So I bought my pipes straight from them. At hyperpro industries. I paid more money, I think it was like $750 for the exhaust and $125 for the jetkit. I remember it was almost a grand. But I wanted to show my apprieciation for the time they took with me. In fact 3 years later I still have the Micron business card on my desk from the DC show.

ah, so not too far from Ikea then. I am down in that area a lot. We'll have to hook up sometime when the weather breaks.

My suggestion is to take the bike to the local dynamometer and give it a few runs to see how well the bike performs. One thing is for certain, no two engines are alike. You can roll two perfectly stock R6's off the showroom floor and race them head to head and one will be faster than the other. I took mine to the dyno a few months ago with just an Akrapovic slip on and a Techlusion fuel computer and we started at 96hp with zero tuning and at the end of 7 or 8 runs we were up to 107.8 Hp. Doesn't sound like much but you can definitely feel the difference.

I'd question your dynamometer. You didn't mention what year r6 you have, but it really doesn't matter. If you started stock and a slip-on and were only making 96hp, your bike needed work.
I mean a stock stock '02, no slip-on, made 97-99hp. A fuelly '03 or newer make 105hp without a morning cup of coffee.
I'd go to a different speed shop. Even on the factory map and a slip-on you should be making more power. Plus after your "tuning", damn you're getting robbed. You should be stock @ 104-106hp. Add a slip and a chip and you should be getting a 5-10% increase in performance. Which SHOULD put you in the ballpark of 110-115hp and that's being conservative.
