You have a cable pull clutch which really can't be lightened. What you can do is make sure your cable is properly lubricated and that there isn't any binding causing the pull to feel stiff. You can do this be unhooking both ends, where it hooks into the lever and where it catches the clutch arm below the clutch cover on the side of the motor, and pulling the cable back and forth and making sure it feels smooth. If not you can replace the cable and make sure the new one is properly lubed.

You can also check that the cable is routed correctly. If there is any place where it makes too tight a radius turn it will weight the pull more.

The next things is to loosen the clamp where the clutch lever mounts to the handlebar and slide it closer to the midline and retighten. This will put the pivot point of the clutch lever further away from your fingers and change the leverage your fingers exert on the lever. If you do this, you'll have to pull the lever a little further to get clutch engagement but it will take less effort.
