recent i have been hearing a knocking sound from my engine when it idles. it only occurs when the engine is hot. when i rev it to high rpm, i don get the knocking sound. when the rpm is dropping from a rev, the rattling sound can be heard. what is the problem???

I am assuming this bike has some miles on it. If it does it's probably the CCT (chain tensioner). Easy fix. Look for the how to in the "Mods" section.

i had just change my big end bearing, piston ring and timing chain and guild and value clearance is done.
but i don know if my mech did a gd job or he miss some part of tightening...
Hey, I have the exact same thing on my bike, did you find out what it was?

not only what dyezak said, but talking to the mechanics at my dealership, the bikes are designed to run fast, and when you have moving parts at 15,000 rpm, they need to move smoothly to generate power...he explained that things are "loose" but a good loose, like just to make things smoother and generate more power, thats why at high rpms you cant hear it but when coming down and idling you can

I'm not sure I'd agree with that under these circumstances. Obviously your bike didn't make this noise before, otherwise you wouldn't be asking about it. So clearly something has changed.
Have you done any maintence lately? If so get the work double checked. If not, do you feel comfortable around you bike? If yes, poke around see if everything seems to be in order. Pick up a mechanics stethoscope from like sears or pepboys (they're about $15) this will allow you to listen to the bike in very specific areas to try to determine where the noise is coming from. If you don't feel comfortable working on your bike, take it to your mechanic. The last thing you want is something internal coming apart at 16k rpms.
