Everybody must have a story about their greatest moment riding a bike...

What has been your greatest riding experience so far ?

The best time I had was a few years back. Two of my friends and I were
coming home late at night from a different city.We were coming around a corner about 75 mph and a state trooper met us at the apex. Two of us gunned and got away....we had to hide out for 2 hours. The other guy stopped and told the officer that he did not know us....We all got away 8)

seeing the girls staring at your bike drooling? especially when they are super hot? always a plus.

Good ride = Car of Britney Spears fine girls staring at the large revving chunk of steel in between your legs

Bad ride = Car of offensively fat women squealing about the cute lil scooter you're on

Riding with my wife through the Alps of Germany and Austria. This was on the "clock" while over there working for my company. They paid for the rental, the gas, the food and the lodging! Fooled them into thinking it was a rental car.

I know its not one specific event like your talkin about but the best time I have ridding is solo with no one else around. Dropping a knee in the rocky mountains ridding the peak to peak or something similar. Because for that one moment I have no stress, no worries, no regrets. I am thinking about nothin that is going on in my life except that special baund between man and mechine and u can only get from ridding a motorcycle.

I'm with you EluSivER6... seeing the girls admire your bike and you... is always nice. But my personal favorite experience so far was when the guy I ride with (has an 04 zx6r) and I were challenged by some local cagers. The fastest was a 93 Mustang with some engine work. I gave him a 1/8 mi. headstart at a 55 mph roll-on, then got on it, and passed him at 158 (at least that's what the speedo said). Hearing that guy admire my bike, and reaching a new top speed for me.. it was a rush.

Waking up after being unconscious, staring at the sky and thinking.. Wow.. something hurts like hell I'm not dead!

55mph flying through the air is as much fun as having the paramedics cut your brand new leathers off of you..

Oh yeah, if you've almost reached that point of dying..it is JUST like the movies, everything stops, all is silent... then it all comes rushing back!

I still have my helmet from that wreck..its all scratched up, gouges out of it.. Everytime one of my friends wants to ride w/o a lid I bring that thing out.. Seriosly, I'd have been dead.. the left side of my face and the back of my head would have been ground beef.

First "blue streak" I realy like your sig. "Faster than a Speeding ticket"!!!!!!
anyway...I was riding down the streat about a month after I got my bike (i've had it for 2 months now) and came to a stop light. A guy in my town that was always bragging about how fast his Z06was, pulled up beside me and started reving. Needlless to say I reved back....he pointed to me to go at the lght. Up till this time I hadn't realy opend it up (break in)
I left the line at about 2 grand and before I shifted to second I could bearly see him. .... I was so impressed with the power I kept turning it until I got to about 110...
he cauht up at a gas station and asked what the hell it was and were could he get one!!!!!!!

Best time when I handed the kid the check for my 03 R6 Limited Edition...and low balled him on the price for the flawless ride.

I also enjoy it when anyone (girls, kids, and adults) drools over the bike and i just crank it down a gear and zoooooOOOOOMMMMM away.

My friends and I are from Elk Grove, a city outside of sacramento. There are 3 of us, Im the one with the R6. They make fun of me and ask if my Piano came with flush mount turn signals and what not. **** em. Anyway, the best experience would probably be this one time all three of us, well 4 of us including a passenger, went to San Franciso for the first time. As we crossed over the Golden Gate there was a thick cloud that engulfed the whole bridge leaving no sunlight. Then in a split second, it was gone. The sun shined and warmed me as the sharp cold bay breeze flowed through the perferations of our jackets. I looked over at both friends by my side and realized, this is as good as it gets. Its funny how a piece of metal with two wheels can bring such a great feeling. Every ride is an escape for me, an escape from work, school, any problems I may have. Once I get on that bike its carry on only and stress is just way too much luggage.
