HOw do you guys ride your bike on the track... while braking, hard braking, trail braking, on the straight on the corner... before entering a corner... what gear is usually the best gear to be on before you take a corner.. on the exit corner..... for those guys who ride an 05 R6... or the new 06+ R6 .....

The quick answer for the gear selection depends on the corner. Take Summit Point Raceway for example, in Summit Point WVA, turn 1 and 2 are in 3rd, shift 3rd to 4th to 3rd prior to turn 3, again 3rd to 4th to 3rd prior to turn 4, 2nd gear for turn 5, grab 3rd going into turn 6, ride 3rd gear threw turn 7 8 and 9, grab 4th and 5th then drop to 3rd just before turn 10, power out of turn 10 in 4th 5th and 6th down the straight and dump down to 3rd for turn 1 and start all over.
If you are truelly interested in riding at the track, get your hands on some books like "A Twist of the Wrist" by Keith Code and get lots of seat time preferrably at the track but out in the canyons or twisties pushing hard.
How to ride at the track? is really too broad a topic to properly cover. If you need particular pointers ask specific questions.

^ +1 Based on your questions I think the answer is, SEAT TIME. Totally depends on what you are doing, staying in your preferred line, going in deep, or cuting in real hard for an inside pass. TWOT may help but keep in mind street riding is way different than track day riding, and track day riding is way different than racing. Have fun!
