Well fife it all depends on what you want out of the bike.
Are we talking sh*t and get...or bling bling suprise.
If you want ghetto-fabulous:
Flushmounts, Shiny windscreen, crome dipped wheels, fur, etc.

Now performance... that breaks down into more sub-catagories. Do you want drag or corners or D. all of the above.

Drag... drop the front in the trees, go with heavier rate but shorter springs in the front, lengthened swing arm, NOS... you can go crazy here.

Corners... Tires (stickier the better, but sticky = crappy longevity), brakes... EBC HH+ sintered (www.teampromotion.com click on the parts link they have a 3 for 2 special. Buy the fronts get the rear free!) Stainless steel brake lines. Clip-ons (they drop your handles to a racier feel plus they're cheaper to replace if you go down), Sliders (bars, frame, swing-arm)

Money isnt an issue, however I am not going to race it, more for just fun and whatnot, Living in the north east most rds are somewhat windy and require a lot of back and forth leaning....tires are coming down the rd soon with any luck but for now just a little more get up and go is just fine, also possibly 8 hr trips to maine

Recommend the brake pads. Like I said teampromotion is running a sale so it should cost about 65-75 to get all three sets ( 2 fronts and 1 rear).
If you get the frame sliders that you cut the fairings on, they will save you some expense due to a crash (plus on long rides you can rest your foot up there. I often ride from Pittsburgh to DC for weekends = 4 hr ride) You get far superior braking ability and control.
I also recommend the stainless lines. Again you get performance gains but yu also get more controlable braking... and stoppies are WAY easier.

Re-gear now.
A) you can sell the stock bits on ebay.
B) you get better performance

I agree. The stock chain will last forever if it is taken care of. This is mostly for the track. No one will notice your change, so use that money for tires or a track day!!

I just got mine and I am only looking for a 2 brothers exhaust. I have a buddy that has one on his cbr 1000 and it sounds mean as hell. I understand It wont sound the same on my smaller R6, but that is all the mods I need for this thing.
