Not to be totally ignorant but how good of a rider are you?
If you are truely shredding corners and dragging knees everywhere you go then the tire to use won't be the same as someone who is still leaving a little bit of an unused edge on their tire and barely touching a footpeg feeler to the ground.
If you are a modest rider something like the Michelin Pilot Power, Pirelli Corsa or Corsa 3, Metzler Sportec M3, and absolutely positively nothing from dunlop will work.
If you are a very aggresive rider then you might be good with the Bridgestone Bt002 or BT003s, Michelin Pilot Race, Pirelli Super Corsa, or Metzler Racetecs, and again nothing from Dunlop... they make junk. Also stay away from Maxxis and other Chinesse knock offs.
The reason I point out the difference between aggressive and moderate riders is ultra-high performance tires like Racetecs are design to run hot. If you are not pushing the bike around enough to get them hot, the rubber won't soften the way it was designed to and yo will lose performance.
Track day temps effect a lot too, I have run harder tires like Corsas on cold days and had them stick very well, had I been running my normal Racetec's I would have crashed like many other guys that were still running racier tires.
Try to talk to some of the people from the track day organizer, they may have suggestions for particular tracks. Some tracks are more abrasive than others. I ride a lot at Summit Point in WVA and BeaveRun in PA. these tracks are total opposites, Summit is very rough and has several cement patches that are extremely abrasive while the Run is beautifully smooth asphalt all the way around.
I personally haven't run Bridgestones on the track. I spent soem time in the saddle of an F4i that had an older generation of the Battleax and was not impressed with their grip. Also Dunlop makes horrible tires. Period.

Depends on the riding techiques but if you ask me only choice iz dunlop 211 gp ntech
I ve raced on pirelli SC and BT002 pro but these tyres seems like allrouder compaerd to dunlop GP, especialy dunlop front tyre. It is the best race tyre in the world.

002's been treating me pretty well. I run A and B group depending on how hard I feel like riding. Much different feel than the PP's but equally as good grip draging through the turns. No complaints.
