This has been a big deal on all the other fourms. This guy was clocked going 205 on a honda 1000 (which he claims is an rc51) I don't see that possible as he states that the only mod was an exhaust. Thoughts?

yea i saw that the day after it happened.....I work in a PD usally and one of the cops comes in and tells me to go to this website...so i did, and he is like "God fucking help you if I ever clock you trying to reproduce" ofcourse my smart ass comment back to him was sure i will keep it under 200 since my R6 wont go that fast....he laughed, but now i think i have a goal (New R1 at 180 hp stock + Many mods + Me + Road trip out there) and break the "unoffical record" of 205

key part is many mods... the physics alone will stop you from hitting that speed without 200+ hp. If you think about it bikes have worse drag that 99% of all cars on the road.

Although Valentino did a splendid job for Yamaha! Let's just hope he stays with Yamaha for a nice long time. 8)

hahah exactly....oh dont worry get a really good lawyer working for the town that i do now....there isnta doubt in my mind that when all is said and done i will get away with a slap on the wrist, also since i owuld do it several states away the insurance company would never offically know about it so that is pretty sweet.

I have a video of a hyabusa racing a chevy corvette Z06 rebuilt by linginfelter performance. Twin turbo 427 big block with 950HP and 0-60 in 1.9 seconds. The vette was side by side the entire time and then at the top end the vette pulled the bike. If anyone is interested i will dig it up and give it to you
