Did you guys all buy your bikes new from a dealer?

I'm looking into getting a used one, but the only ones i can really seem to find for a good deal are on Ebay - has anyone done that?

I wouldn't trust motorcycles on Ebay unless they lived close to you and you can see what you're buying... be careful because I hear there's a lot of motorcycle scams online.

only buy a used bike in your area...otherwise buy it new....things to look for are condition of the bike, people who rides it and what their attitude is, that can show how that me act on the bike, miles, ask what had been done and etc....i bought mine new cause i wanted to know that it was gonna work, and be broken in right and what not, and sometimes dealers can get you a new bike for close to a price of a used one
