Steve from just outside D.C. Just picked up a 2004 Blue R6 this past weekend. Keeping it below 7k is killing me!

Hearing the buzz on the 2005, would have liked underseat exhausts but I couldn't hold off any longer, especialy with this weather :D

Yeah i wanted the factory undertail exhaust too. Who know maybe i will trade my 03 in next year!

ahh crap i didnt know that it was gonna have undertail exhaust in 05 i just got my 04 a month ago, damn i sure like the undertail exhaust, maybe ill trade mine in too,

Wonder how different the 05 R6 will be. It could be possible to get an underseat exhaust system for the 03 and 04 R6?
I bought an 04 blue R6 on Saturday (I'm just outside of DC too!) and I have no regrets...I'm keeping this baby!
My concern with underseat exhausts is heat, I've read a few reviews that say they tend to build up heat.
Either way...it's an R6...bike is a work of art! Both in appearance and performance!
