Ok so here is the deal, I just bought a new 08 r6 limited to replace my 05 cbr600rr. I am a simple rider, don't do anything crazy except go into the mountains up here in Colorado. I keep all components stock. I also bought my wife a new 07 r6, she is a new rider. I need to know if anyone has suspension setups for these 2 bikes: 08 r6 rider 175 LBS, 07 r6 rider 145LBS. I need a good starting point to work off of because the setup sucked from the dealer on both bike and nothing seemed right when I was changing them. Please help.

Suspension isn't an exact science. Everything is a variable, rider weight, rider style, road surface, personal preference, etc plus each component is built slightly differently. So no one can say just turn it to 7 clicks out here, 4 clicks there, 2 lines of preload, and boom you're done.
