Hey everyone:
I just came across your site and had to join. I have been riding for about 6 years now and have owned 2 Gixxers and a CBR but when i decided to buy a Yamaha (i only buy Yamaha snowmobiles, and now only Yamaha bikes) i had to get an R6. I absolutely love this bike and WILL never get rid of it except maybe to buy a new one, my suzukis and honda bored me after a few thousand miles but i NEVER get tired of this bike, i have put on 4500 miles in 8 months (and that includes a wisconsin winter when i stored it). mine is a '99 with a Stage 1 Jet kit and some cosmetic goodies.
Its nice to have a place that is devoted to this fine piece of engineering. Thanks
