Word around the street here in California is that the 05 R6 will have the undertail exhaust like the r1 except it will be single out and kind of look like the cbr600rr......what the heck are they trying to start the MOTO GP exhaust trend or what.....

HAHAA, this is NOT a moto GP trend. Ducati has the corner on this market. They started this back in 1991 and it was the "sexiest" thing on a bike since a fairing. It was prohibitively expensive up until a few years ago for anyone else to do it (except on limited edition bikes like the Honda RC45). Plus this improves aerodynamics and ground clearance.

I think it makes the bike look really clean and sleak, plus if you lay it down you dont **** up the $500 slip on you bought. Not to mention your girlfriend ass gets hotter :twisted: than satans asshole after a long ride.

I really hope the dont put an exhaust like they put on the honda 600rr ... they are just big and ugly, not anywhere near low profile like the new R1 like it should be...maybe if they do an exhaust kinda like on the porsche boxter where it comes out the center of the car, very low profile, in a wide oval shape, just accents the car much better if you dont go with dual exhausts.

I think that nobody does undertail exhausts like Ducati...they have it down to an art.

I think the undertails look creally clean. The factory ones are an eye soar but once you get a nice slip on the back it looks and sounds great. ESPECIALLY on the 600rr. :wink:
