I finally made up my mind to get an R6. Without knowing what is in store for the '05 R6, should I go ahead and the the '04 R6 or wait for the '05's? Can anyone say what the cheapest price they got for their '04 R6?

I really like my 04, however just like cars, every year they do something different to the bikes usally, anyhting from minor body looks to a complete overhaul of the bike....i wouldnt expect much difference between 04 and 05 except little things. basically its gonna be what color you want....you can easily find blue and red around the north east, but if you want silver you gotta wait til 05 and be the first to get it, and be prepared to pay top dollar for it. I bought my R6 for 7700 out the door brand new with a coat and a helmet
