Can I purchase a battery from a local car parts store or do I have to go to a motorcycle parts place? Could I pls. have the battery # TIA

Some autoparts stores carry generic motorcycle batteries..some dont. From the dealer they are $100, on the net you can get a factory batt for $75 and a generic from chaparrell.com for $50.

Thanks, I went to our motorcycle dealer and got one from them, Reg. price was $129 but my friend works there so he gave me his 20% and got it for $83.
