Well, I dont believe Yamaha ever quoted an official figure. Its not their style to do so.

Motoring press and other parties seem to put the top speed, from their tests, in the 155-163 MPH area with a 0-60 of 3 and a bit seconds. Quarter mile in just over 11 seconds.

Of course, round the bends is where the real fun is to be had.. 8)
