I got one of the Gixxer 750 too. This is the hardest decision I have ever made. Passion or practicality? I went to the dealers again today and whilst the all black Gixxer is growing on me, the the R6 leaves me in awe!! However the sales guy told me that he hates the ride of the R6, and that a GXSR600 would probably suite me better than the 750 (having not owned a bike in 10 years). The thing is, he's the suzuki sales manager and doesn't have any 750's in stock. Hmmm, kinda 'guides' his recommendation wouldn't you think?? Chosing my house was way easier than this!! Im sure that European dealers would be prepared to ship them, but its going to cost a small fortune. It might even be cheaper to find a paint shop that can copy it for you. I still think the best bet is to keep on searching ebay. The problem of course is that its a new model and might take some time for the parts to filter through. Most people wont be stripping a new R6 till its been down the road (or stolen). You might even be lucky and find that its in the 07 range for you. Good luck!! | ||
