Anybody know of a nice cheap fender elim kit without the turn signal spot since I have integrater kit already installed. Also I am looking for black rearsets and rear pegs but I dont want to spend the money on Vortex type sets.

YA YOU DO WHAT I DID.. RUN TO HOME DEPOT AND FIND A BRACKET THAT FITS YOUR LIKING AND DRILL HOLES IN IT, AND CUT IF NEED BE. $5. BEATS HAVING TO PAY $60 FOR SOMETHING THATS THE SAME DAMN THING. I PAINTED MINE BLACK SO IT MATCHES THE BIKE, AND SO IT WONT RUST. BUT YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU LIKE.

Or just type R6 tail tidy into google and / or ebay - if you dont want to use the 'tack n hack' method. Ive found quite a few without signal (or indicator, to use my quaint native tongue) mounts.

availability for fender elims depends on the year of your bike. If you have the older versions (00-02) then there are about 2 types possible and I see them on ebay all the time. (I think Hotbodies is the maker). As for the newer bikes, you can get those anywhere (ebay, Hotbodies, 1Tail, etc).

I don't think I've ever found cheap rearsets, but you can try parts411.com

took 30 mins to take measurements, drill, bend, and paint it.. plus maybe 10 to go and find the bracket. can even add lights to it later on. pretty easy stuff.

I made my fender eliminator from the licens plate bracket and some 1/8 inch aluminum i think it took me half an hour to fab and install it. I took it to work and powder coated it for free but a 3 dollar can of spraypaint would do just as well.
