Personally I would take those frame savers back to the dealership and get some Graves. I have seen those mounting brackets bend like paperclips in wrecks. With Graves sliders you'll have to cut a hole in your fairing...but after a wreck you won't have to replace the fairing...after a wreck with your "no cut sliders" you are guaranteed to have to replace that fairing. These things are designed to protect your FRAME...so if they bend up and allow your fairings to be destroyed they can say "So what? They did their job and saved your frame."
:o I was going to get the "no-cutting needed" sliders at first cuz i saw em' on another r6. Talked to a couple of guys and they said basicly if you are protecting a tip over thats fine. Lowslide there pretty worthless. Decided to go with "cutting"; had past experience on my last bike CBR F3 :( , with a 30mph lowsliiide lost 1/2" of slider and MINOR scratches to plastics. Cut a little now so you won't have to REPLACE later.
