I need to replace my Pickup Rotor Cover (at least that's how the service book calls it). I searched the net for alternative engine covers and came across this one:

Is this the same as the Pickup Rotor Cover?

Are there any recommended brands? This one (http://www.factorypro.com/products/Factory_Pro_covers.html) looks promising, but very $$$.

One more thing, the current stock rotor cover has a tube coming out of it but it seems none of the aftermarket have this tube. What's the thing here?
